Welcome to Paws & Rest. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and to any purchase you make from us. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Paws & Rest is the trading name of Paws & Rest Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17322045). Products and pricing
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately, but slight variations in colour and appearance can occur between screens and batches. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include free UK delivery. If we discover a genuine pricing error affecting your order, we will contact you before dispatch and offer you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your goods. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We may decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where a product is unavailable, or where there has been a pricing error; in these cases you will be refunded in full.
Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and typically arrive within 7 to 14 days of dispatch. Every order includes tracking. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods, and a further 14 days to return them once you have told us. To cancel, contact us via our Contact page or at pawsandreststore@outlook.com with your order number. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.
Returns and refunds

Faulty or misdescribed items
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Our liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or our negligence. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, as we supply products for private use only. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Paws & Rest Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
