At Paws & Rest every product is chosen with your dog's comfort in mind. If something isn't right we want to fix it, no hassle, no arguments.
30 Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
How to Start a Return
Simply contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of receiving your order. Tell us your order number and the reason for your return and we will guide you through the next steps within 24 hours.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately, no return needed.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item we will send the correct one at no extra cost and arrange collection of the incorrect item free of charge.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or washed cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
