Every order ships at a price of £7.99 globally, with no minimum spend. The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden fees at checkout.

Every order ships free within the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend. The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden fees at checkout.

Processing Time
We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a dispatch email with tracking once it's on its way.

Delivery Times
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 days. Some of our products are dispatched directly from our fulfilment partners' warehouses, including international locations, which is reflected in these delivery estimates. The estimated total time from order to delivery is therefore 8 to 17 days.

Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number, emailed to you at dispatch, so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, get in touch and we'll chase it for you.

Delays
Occasionally, factors outside our control — such as customs processing or busy seasonal periods — can cause short delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days of dispatch, contact us at pawsandreststore@outlook.com and we'll investigate immediately and put it right, whether that means a replacement or a full refund.

Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days and we'll resolve it with the carrier on your behalf.

Where We Ship
We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future and will announce it on this page when we do.
